Kevin C. Paule, an associate with Meland Budwick, P.A., focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He represents multinational corporations in state and federal court in liability actions, contract disputes, investigations, and general commercial litigation matters. He has also prosecuted and defended claims in international arbitrations and tribunals and before various government agencies.
Before joining Meland Budwick, P.A. Kevin worked at Holland & Knight where he handled presuit negotiations, initiating and defending lawsuits, directing settlement negotiations, and trying a case to verdict before a jury.
Kevin is also committed to giving back to his community and has previously been named to the Southern District of Florida Pro Bono Honor Roll for his assistance in providing federal court representation to clients unable to afford legal counsel.
While attending law school at the University of Florida, Kevin was an editor for the Florida Law Review, served as a teaching assistant for a Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy course, and tutored law students in contracts, criminal law, property and torts. He also argued on behalf of the team that won the Global Antitrust Institute Invitational Moot Court competition in Washington, D.C.
